The Language Development Process of Bilingual Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder: An Investigation into Gender Linguistic Differences

چکیده

This paper is a descriptive correlational study that investigated the gender differences in language development process among group of 215 male and female bilingual children with autism spectrum disorder. A valid reliable questionnaire was adopted deployed to accomplish study’s objective. The caregivers these autistic were requested complete submit questionnaire. Data analysis made possible help different statistical software tools. concluded did significantly impact participants’ performance four linguistic domains: Listening, vocabulary, verbal grammar sentence construction, questions formulation. Females found have an upper edge over their counterparts domains. Only one non-significant difference observed listening comprehension domain, where both genders experience same level difficulty. limitations recommendations this been presented here as well.
